For the past decade, we’ve been helping landowners and developers turn opportunity into reality, through identifying development opportunities to securing planning approvals. Who we are

With an abundance of experience in property development and planning matters across the UK, Orchestra Land are a team of passionate Land, Planning and Development specialists striving to unlock the potential of under-utilised land and property through the town planning system, thereby generating maximum value for landowners whilst also ensuring the local community benefit too.

What we do

We orchestrate land transactions, source, manage and actively promote residential and mixed use projects across the South East, Midlands and North East to deliver high quality, desirable developments. We work in partnership with a highly skilled experienced team of architects, urban designers, ecologists, hydrologists and more to collaboratively gain planning consents which maximise use of land.
