A Brownfield site consented for 35 units including affordable housing.

The site purchase was exchanged on a subject to planning basis and although it was initially refused we carried out a public consultation to decide on a reducing the number of units from 44 to 35. A significant number of TPO’ on the site required careful design measures around the trees to preserve the high quality environment.
