A 2.7 acre site near the centre of Braintree, consented for 29 houses including affordable housing.
The site was a acquired undoncitionally with outline planning permission. Working with geo technical engineers it was decided a no build zone was required which was not taken into account within the outline planning permission layout. Ecology on site had to be understood and made clear in the site summary including badgers, lizards and bats.
