A 2 acre site acquired unconditionally in the strategic Crossrail growth area of Southall. The site was consented for a mix of 26 homes including affordable housing.

The projects involved redevelopment of a Brownfield area with constraints including Japanese Knotweed, rights of way and site contamination. The site was successfully promoted for 26 homes in the Southall Area Opportunity Framework.
