Outline application approved for 26 homes on 3.7 acres with adjacent conservation area enhancement works.

Working with the landowners we submitted a planning application for 26 dwellings whilst also ensuring enhancement to the adjacent conservation area boundary as per the Parish council’s supplementary planning documents. The scheme included a carefully designed open space located towards the front of the site and rear to create a high quality project that is in-keeping with the character of the local area. Outline planning permission was granted and we are currently working to deliver the new homes with a house builder.
