A 11.6-acre site draft allocated for a potential housing development of 66 dwellings including affordable housing and open space.

Within two years from first meeting with the landowners, the Orchestra Land team obtained draft allocation status for a preliminary number of 66 homes. The site area continues in alignment with existing residential areas and careful consideration is to be given to the sites contours and setting.  Working in partnership with the landowners, we are taking the site forward and have submitted an outline planning consent for 66 dwellings.
