A 9 acre site (approx) being promoted through the neighbourhood plan and comprising a residential scheme for 78 homes including affordable housing and open space.

Working with the landowner, local parish and through consultation with local residents Orchestra Land proposed a community land transfer for part of the land along with 78 homes including affordable housing. The site was selected as one of the two preferred sites for housing allocation in the Neighbourhood Plan however missed out due to a speculative application already approved for the other site option. We are monitoring the housing land supply closely for South Oxfordshire and will continue working with the local parish and community to develop the site.
