A 20 acre site being promoted through the Dacorum Local Plan for residential development including affordable homes.
Working with a Prop-Co we are promoting the land through the Local Plan for removal from the Green Belt for the allocation of residential housing including affordable housing. The site is well bounded by roads and lends itself to the built up area in a location where demand for housing is high. Given the high values in the area we are proposing a variety of house types and sizes and to a high quality finish and design.
